SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY.

NORTHEAST WINDS AROUND 15 KNOTS WITH SEAS OF 4 TO 6 FEET WILL
PREVAIL ACROSS THE OFFSHORE WATERS OF THE LOWER TEXAS COAST
TONIGHT. SMALL CRAFT SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION AS A RESULT.
