1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG WITH THE OCCASIONAL HEIGHT OF THE AVERAGE
HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES

SYNOPSIS FOR BAFFIN BAY TO RIO GRANDE OUT 60 NM-
357 PM CDT FRI OCT 31 2014

.SYNOPSIS...A COLD FRONT BROUGHT SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE LOWER TEXAS COASTAL WATERS THROUGHOUT
TODAY. THE RAIN CHANCES WILL DIMINISH AND SKIES WILL BEGIN TO
CLEAR BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON AS DRIER AIR FILTERS INTO THE REGION.
NORTHEAST WINDS WILL THEN INCREASE TO NEAR 20 KNOTS TONIGHT
RESULTING IN BORDERLINE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS. THE WINDS
WILL SHIFT BACK TO THE SOUTHEAST LATE SATURDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE
SHIFTS EAST AND WILL INCREASE TO NEAR 20 KNOTS AGAIN SUNDAY NIGHT
THROUGH TUESDAY AS SOUTHERN PLAINS LOW PRESSURE INTERACTS WITH
HIGHER PRESSURE OVER THE GULF.
