WEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL ALABAMA...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BIRMINGHAM HAS ISSUED A FIRE
WEATHER WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CST THIS AFTERNOON.

* WINDS...WILL BE FROM THE SOUTHWEST 5 TO 10 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...WILL DROP AS LOW AS 21 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...OF A DRY AIRMASS WILL RESULT IN CONDITIONS BECOMING
  VERY CLOSE TO CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CRITERIA. OUTDOOR BURNING
  IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
