* FELL BELOW FLOOD STAGE AT  8:01 AM WEDNESDAY.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO FALL TO 116.7 FEET BY FRIDAY
  MORNING.

* UNTIL LATE SATURDAY NIGHT...OR UNTIL THE WARNING IS CANCELLED.
* AT  7:15 PM WEDNESDAY THE STAGE WAS 70.7 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 68.0 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE RISING TO NEAR 71.4 FEET BY
  TOMORROW EARLY AFTERNOON . THE RIVER WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE
  EARLY SATURDAY AFTERNOON.
