...STRONG WEST WINDS MID AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY EVENING...

WESTERLY WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON. SUSTAINED
SPEEDS OF 20 TO 30KT WITH GUSTS BETWEEN 35 AND 40KT ARE LIKELY. A
COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA BETWEEN 6 AND 9 PM...TURNING
WINDS AROUND TO THE NORTHWEST. THOUGH GUSTS GREATER THAN 35KT WILL
BE POSSIBLE AFTER 2 PM...THE STRONGEST GUSTS ARE LIKELY WITH THE
FRONTAL PASSAGE. SOME RAISED DUST WILL OCCUR BUT NOT EXPECTING
SIGNIFICANT REDUCTION IN VISIBILITY.
