NORTHWEST LOUISIANA...SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND NORTHEAST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

MUCH OF THE SNOW AND ICE PACK WILL MELT THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS
NORTHEAST TEXAS...SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS...AND
PORTIONS OF NORTHCENTRAL LOUISIANA ONCE TEMPERATURES CLIMB ABOVE
FREEZING. HOWEVER...TEMPERATURES WILL QUICKLY FALL BACK BELOW
FREEZING EARLY THIS EVENING...WITH ANY SNOW AND ICE MELT
REFREEZING. THIS WILL RESULT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF BLACK ICE...AND
MAY AFFECT BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES...AS WELL AS SOME ROADWAYS.
CAUTION SHOULD BE USED WHEN DRIVING TONIGHT.
