THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL
INDIANA AND CENTRAL KENTUCKY.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

A VERY STRONG WEATHER DISTURBANCE WILL DROP SOUTHWARD INTO THE
OUTLOOK TODAY. THIS FEATURE WILL BRING WIDESPREAD RAIN SHOWERS AND
GUSTY WINDS TO THE AREA. NORTHWEST WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH WITH
GUSTS OF UP TO 30 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE.

COLDER AIR WILL POUR INTO THE REGION TONIGHT CHANGING THE RAIN
SHOWERS OVER TO SNOW SHOWERS. WITH TEMPERATURES EXPECTED TO FALL
TO NEAR FREEZING LATE TONIGHT...A LIGHT ACCUMULATION OF SNOW WILL
BE POSSIBLE IN AREAS EAST OF A LINE FROM FRANKFORT TO ALBANY
KENTUCKY. AN INCH OR LESS OF SNOW ACCUMULATION MAINLY CONFINED TO
GRASSY AND ELEVATED SURFACES IS EXPECTED IN THIS AREA.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

SUB-FREEZING TEMPERATURES OF 25 TO 30 DEGREES ARE EXPECTED FOR A
FEW HOURS EARLY SUNDAY MORNING IN MANY LOCATIONS WHICH COULD
EFFECTIVELY END THE GROWING SEASON.
