MUCH OF EASTERN OKLAHOMA.

AREA...NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA .
ONSET...AFTER 7 PM.

DISCUSSION...

ELEVATED THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL EXISTS BEGINNING THIS EVENING
ACROSS NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA. AT THIS TIME THE SEVERE RISK APPEARS
VERY LOW.

SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
SPOTTER ACTIVATION NOT EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
SUNDAY...THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL.
MONDAY...THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL...HEAVY RAIN POTENTIAL.
TUESDAY THRU FRIDAY...THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...

WIDESPREAD RAIN AND STORMS...SOME LOCALLY HEAVY...IS EXPECTED
SUNDAY INTO MONDAY AS A FRONT DROPS IN FROM THE NORTH AND MOISTURE
IS DRAWN INTO THE REGION FROM THE SOUTH IN ADVANCE OF AN UPPER
LEVEL WAVE. WHILE THE SEVERE RISK IS NOT ZERO...ATMOSPHERIC
PARAMETERS SUGGEST THAT SIGNIFICANT SEVERE IS NOT EXPECTED.

THE NEXT UPPER STORM TO AFFECT THE PLAINS WILL ARRIVE AROUND
THURSDAY. SEVERE STORM POTENTIAL WILL EXIST AHEAD OF THE
ASSOCIATED FRONT...THOUGH IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE SIGNIFICANT AT
THIS POINT.
