THIS OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS AS WELL AS
MUCH OF EASTERN OKLAHOMA.

DISCUSSION...
MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES AND SOUTHERLY WINDS IN THE 5 TO 15 MPH RANGE
SHOULD REMAIN COMMON ACROSS EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST
ARKANSAS OVERNIGHT TONIGHT. NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED
THROUGH TONIGHT.

SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
SPOTTER ACTIVATION NOT EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.
SATURDAY...DANGEROUS HEAT POTENTIAL.
SUNDAY...THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL...DANGEROUS HEAT POTENTIAL.
MONDAY AND TUESDAY...NO HAZARDS.
WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY...THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
HOT AND HUMID CONDITIONS WILL REMAIN OVER THE REGION SATURDAY AND
SUNDAY...WITH AFTERNOON HEAT INDICES OF AROUND 100 UP TOWARD 110
DEGREES BOTH DAYS.

A COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED TO APPROACH THE REGION SUNDAY AND MOVE
THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT. A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
WILL BE POSSIBLE SUNDAY AFTERNOON OVER NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND
NORTHWEST ARKANSAS...AND SPREAD SOUTHWARD WITH THE FRONT SUNDAY
NIGHT. BEHIND THE FRONTAL PASSAGE...COOLER CONDITIONS ARE FORECAST
FOR MUCH OF THE NEXT WORK WEEK. UPPER LEVEL NORTHERLY FLOW WILL
ALLOW FOR POTENTIAL DISTURBANCES TO PUSH THROUGH THE
REGION...CONTINUING THE THUNDERSTORM CHANCES FOR WEDNESDAY AND
THURSDAY.
