DISCUSSION...
A WEAK COOL FRONT LOCATED FROM CENTRAL MISSOURI TO EXTREME
SOUTHEAST KANSAS TO NORTH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA BEFORE DAWN TODAY
WILL MOVE SOUTH THROUGH EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS.
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL ACCOMPANY THE
FRONT TO THE RED RIVER. MARGINAL INSTABILITY AND WEAK UPPER WIND
FIELDS WILL LIMIT THE PRIMARY THUNDERSTORM THREAT TO LIGHTNING.
