THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR WEST CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST
FLORIDA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

...THUNDERSTORM IMPACT...
SCATTERED SHOWERS ACROSS THE NORTH LATER THIS MORNING WILL SPREAD
SOUTHWARD BY AFTERNOON...WITH THUNDERSTORMS FORMING MID AFTERNOON
AND CONTINUING INTO THE EVENING. STORM COVERAGE WILL GENERALLY BE
IN THE CHANCE TO LIKELY CATEGORY. A FEW OF THESE STORMS MAY
CONTAIN GUSTY WINDS AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING. HOWEVER...STORM
MOVEMENT WILL BE SLOW AND CREATE THE POTENTIAL. FOR HEAVY
RAINFALL...ESPECIALLY FOR PORTIONS OF POLK AND HIGHLANDS COUNTIES
THAT HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL THIS WEEK.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

...THUNDERSTORM IMPACT...
THERE WILL BE A SLIGHT CHANCE TO A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS EACH DAY...MAINLY IN THE AFTERNOONS AND EVENINGS.
HOWEVER...AN APPROACHING FRONT WILL INCREASE COVERAGE
MONDAY...WITH SHOWERS AND SHOWERS LIKELY. SOME OF THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING STRONG GUSTY
WINDS...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS...AND FREQUENT DEADLY LIGHTNING
STRIKES.
