THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR WEST CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST
FLORIDA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

...DENSE FOG IMPACT...
VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE REDUCED TO A QUARTER MILE OR LESS
THIS MORNING...ESPECIALLY ALONG THE COAST. IF DRIVING...SLOW
DOWN...USE YOUR LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS...AND LEAVE PLENTY OF DISTANCE
BETWEEN YOU AND THE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF YOU.

...MARINE IMPACTS...
DENSE SEA FOG WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MUCH OF THE DAY TODAY...BUT
MAY GRADUALLY CLEAR OUT NORTH OF TARPON SPRINGS LATE. MARINERS
WILL FREQUENTLY ENCOUNTER VISIBILITIES BELOW 1 NM...AND
OCCASIONALLY LESS THAN 1/4 NM.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

...THUNDERSTORM IMPACT...
SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION
WEDNESDAY NIGHT AS A COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE NORTHWEST.
THE BEST DYNAMICS WILL BE NORTH OF THE TAMPA BAY AREA WHERE
ISOLATED STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS COULD OCCUR. THE PRIMARY THREAT
WILL BE DAMAGING WIND GUSTS BUT A WEAK TORNADO CAN NOT BE RULED
OUT.

...MARINE IMPACTS...
DENSE SEA FOG MAY CONTINUE MAINLY FROM THE WATERS OFFSHORE OF
PINELLAS COUNTY SOUTHWARD INCLUDING PORTIONS OF TAMPA BAY AND
CHARLOTTE HARBOR ON WEDNESDAY. FOG SHOULD CLEAR ONCE THE COLD
FRONT MOVES INTO THE REGION WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY.

SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE TO AROUND 20 KNOTS AHEAD OF A COLD
FRONT WEDNESDAY NIGHT. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY SHIFT TO THE WEST AND
NORTHWEST AND DIMINISH ON THURSDAY. THE GUSTY WINDS WILL PRODUCE
CHOPPY SEAS CREATING HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT
OPERATORS.
