EAST WIND SPEEDS OF 15 TO 20 KNOTS WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS BOATING
CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT OPERATORS TODAY...MOSTLY FOR THE
OFFSHORE WATERS BETWEEN TARPON SPRINGS AND BONITA BEACH. AN
EASTERLY SURGE WILL BRING WINDS UP TO AS HIGH AS AROUND 20 KNOTS
OVER ALL GULF WATERS OVERNIGHT TONIGHT. BOATING CONDITIONS WILL
IMPROVE ON SATURDAY.
