DEADLY LIGHTNING STRIKES.

WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS BOATING
CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT OPERATORS THIS MORNING.

SYSTEM DEVELOPS IN THE GULF AND MOVES ACROSS NORTHERN FLORIDA.
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING STRONG GUSTY
WINDS...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS...HAIL...AND FREQUENT DEADLY LIGHTNING
STRIKES.
