ARKANSAS...SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS...NORTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA...
NORTHWEST LOUISIANA...SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND NORTHEAST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

A WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM THIS EVENING.
AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE ACROSS SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA
AND SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS INTO EAST TEXAS AND ADJACENT NORTHWEST
LOUISIANA WILL CONTINUE MOVING EAST ACROSS THE FOUR STATE
REGION. ALONG AND OUT AHEAD OF THE TROUGH PRECIPITATION WILL BE
OCCURRING AS MOSTLY SNOW WITH A WINTRY MIX OVER EASTERN PARTS OF
NORTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN...MIXED WITH SLEET...
WITH A CHANGE OVER TO SNOW INTO THE AFTERNOON. SMALL AMOUNTS
OF ICE ACCUMULATION AND SLEET WILL OCCUR WITH SNOW FALLING
OVER THE ICE. ICE ACCUMULATION WILL BE NEAR ONE TENTH OF AN INCH
WITH LESS THAN 1/4 INCH OF SLEET AND SNOW AMOUNTS OVER LOWER PARTS
OF EAST TEXAS INTO LOWER PARTS OF NORTHWEST AND NORTH CENTRAL
LOUISIANA OF ONE HALF TO ONE INCH...AND HIGHER AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 5
INCHES ACROSS EAST AND NORTHEAST TEXAS INTO SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH
CENTRAL ARKANSAS AND ACROSS NORTH LOUISIANA. THERE MAY BE AN
ISOLATED AMOUNT OF SNOW TO 6 INCHES. PARTS OF SOUTHEAST
OKLAHOMA WILL SEE 2 TO 3 INCHES AND COULD HAVE A ISOLATED AMOUNT
TO 4 INCHES.  THE PRECIPITATION SHOULD EXIT THE REGION LATE THIS
AFTERNOON OR EARLY THIS EVENING. MUCH OF THE SNOW WILL SEE SOME
MELTING WITH WARM GROUND TEMPERATURES BUT WITH OVERNIGHT LOWS
DROPPING BELOW FREEZING...MUCH OF THE SNOW AND ICE WILL REMAIN
INTO THE DAY THURSDAY UNTIL TEMPERATURES WARM UP.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.
