POSSIBLE BY THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST
OKLAHOMA...SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS...NORTHEAST TEXAS AND NORTHERN
LOUISIANA. THERE IS A MARGINAL RISK FOR SEVERE WEATHER TODAY IN
THESE AREAS.
