  LIMITED NON THUNDERSTORM WIND RISK.

DISCUSSION...

  A MUCH COOLER AIR MASS WILL MOVE INTO THE AREA TODAY WITH A
  NORTHWEST WIND OF 15 TO 25 MPH AND GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH AT TIMES TODAY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

  A STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA THIS WEEKEND BRINGING
  A CHANCE OF RAIN AND SNOW TO SOUTHEAST KANSAS AND THE MISSOURI
  OZARKS. THE BEST CHANCE FOR ANY LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE
  SATURDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY SUNDAY MORNING AND ACROSS CENTRAL MISSOURI.

  WIND CHILLS VALUES IN THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO ARE
  EXPECTED SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING.
