THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF THE MISSOURI
OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

  ELEVATED LIGHTNING RISK.

DISCUSSION...

  SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP
  ACROSS THE OUTLOOK AREA FROM THIS EVENING INTO THE OVERNIGHT
  PERIOD. THE MAIN THREAT WITH ANY STORMS WILL BE CLOUD TO GROUND
  LIGHTNING STRIKES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO TRACK ACROSS THE
  AREA DURING THE DAY ON MONDAY. AGAIN NO SEVERE STORMS ARE
  EXPECTED.

  ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE FROM LATE WEDNESDAY
  NIGHT INTO THURSDAY NIGHT AND AGAIN FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY
  AS A SLOW MOVING STORM SYSTEM TRACKS ACROSS THE CENTRAL UNITED
  STATES.
