OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

LIMITED EXCESSIVE COLD RISK.

DISCUSSION...

AN ARCTIC AIR MASS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE INTO THE OUTLOOK AREA
TONIGHT. WIND CHILL VALUES BY SUNRISE WILL BE AROUND ZERO DEGREES
WITH AIR TEMPERATURES IN THE LOWER AND MIDDLE TEENS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

WIND CHILL VALUES WILL REMAIN AROUND ZERO EARLY MONDAY MORNING.
WIND CHILLS WILL THEN REMAIN IN THE SINGLE DIGITS FOR MOST OF
MONDAY AS BRISK NORTHWEST WINDS GUST TO NEAR 30 MPH.

WIND CHILLS WILL THEN FALL INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS BELOW ZERO BY
EARLY TUESDAY MORNING AS AIR TEMPERATURES DROP INTO THE SINGLE
DIGITS OVER MOST LOCATIONS.

THERE WILL BE A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS NEXT WEEKEND AS A
STORM SYSTEM TRACKS ACROSS THE SOUTHERN UNITED STATES.
