  FAR SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI LATE THIS MORNING. ALL FREEZING
  RAIN WILL EXIT THE AREA BY NOON.

  WIND CHILL VALUES WILL FALL INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS TONIGHT.

  WIND CHILL VALUES AROUND ZERO DEGREE ARE POSSIBLE AT TIMES NEXT
