  LIMITED NON THUNDERSTORM WIND RISK.
  EXTREME FREEZE RISK.

DISCUSSION...

  NORTHWESTERLY WINDS MAY GUST UP TO 35 MPH AT TIMES TODAY.

  FROST AND FREEZE CONDITIONS ARE TONIGHT AND EARLY TUESDAY
  MORNING. TEMPERATURES WILL FALL INTO THE LOWER AND MIDDLE 20S.
  ADDITIONAL CHANCES FOR FROST AND A LIGHT FREEZE WILL OCCUR
  TUESDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

  GUSTY SOUTH WINDS WILL DEVELOP OVER SOUTHEAST KANSAS AND
  WESTERN MISSOURI ON WEDNESDAY WITH AN ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER RISK
  POSSIBLE.
