CAROLINA COAST WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY. AT THIS TIME IT
APPEARS THE PRIMARY IMPACT WILL BE MAINLY ACROSS THE CAROLINAS.
HOWEVER...THE CURRENT FORECAST TRACK DOES FAVOR A FEW INCHES OF
SNOW INTO PARTS OF SOUTHERN VIRGINIA.
