AND NORTHERN OKLAHOMA THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING. NO
IMPACTS TO TRAVEL ARE EXPECTED. OVERNIGHT... A RAIN AND SNOW MIX
WILL BE POSSIBLE ALONG THE OKLAHOMA-KANSAS BORDER... MINOR TO NO
