THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHERN...
WESTERN...CENTRAL...AND SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA...AND WESTERN NORTH
TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...REST OF THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

.WINTRY WEATHER...
SNOW AND SLEET WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT PARTS OF SOUTHEAST AND
SOUTH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA THROUGH EARLY EVENING. LIGHT SNOW COULD
OCCUR IN OTHER PARTS OF OKLAHOMA AND WESTERN NORTH TEXAS THROUGH
THE EVENING HOURS.

ANOTHER ROUND OF HEAVIER PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP
LATER TONIGHT INTO MONDAY. BY THEN...MOST OF THE PRECIPITATION
WILL FALL IN THE FORM OF SNOW OR SLEET... WITH THE HEAVIEST
ACCUMULATIONS EXPECTED TO OCCUR SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 40. HOWEVER...
THERE ARE STILL SOME UNCERTAINTIES AS TO WHERE THE HEAVIEST BAND
OF PRECIPITATION WILL OCCUR.

TRAVEL WILL CONTINUE TO BE IMPACTED TONIGHT INTO MONDAY WITH SOME
AREA ROADWAYS LIKELY BECOMING DIFFICULT. STAY TUNED FOR UPDATES
AS THIS WINTER WEATHER SITUATION EVOLVES...AND PREPARE NOW FOR
POSSIBLE DELAYS.

BRISK NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE AREA THE
REST OF THIS AFTERNOON WITH OCCASIONAL WIND GUSTS OVER 40 MPH IN
PARTS OF WESTERN OKLAHOMA AND WESTERN NORTH TEXAS... MAINLY ALONG
AND SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 40.

.WIND CHILLS...
THE BREEZY TO BRISK WINDS COMBINED WITH COLD TEMPERATURES WILL
CONTINUE TO CAUSE VERY COLD WIND CHILLS TONIGHT INTO MONDAY
MORNING. MOST LOCATIONS WILL SEE WIND CHILLS IN THE SINGLE DIGITS.
HOWEVER... SOME LOCATIONS COULD EXPERIENCE BELOW ZERO WIND CHILLS
TONIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING. SO BUNDLE UP AND TRY TO LIMIT THE
AMOUNT OF TIME YOU SPEND OUTSIDE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...

.WINTRY WEATHER...
MONDAY... SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATIONS OF SEVERAL INCHES WILL BE
POSSIBLE IN PARTS OF CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA... AND WESTERN
NORTH TEXAS. THIS WILL LIKELY IMPACT TRAVEL ACROSS THE AREA...AND
ROADS IN SOME AREAS MAY BECOME VERY DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE.

WINTRY WEATHER MAY RETURN WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY...WITH
ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS.

.WIND CHILLS...
VERY COLD WIND CHILLS WILL CONTINUE MONDAY MORNING WITH WIND CHILL
VALUES IN THE SINGLE DIGITS IN MOST PLACES. HOWEVER... SOME
LOCATIONS COULD SEE EVEN LOWER WIND CHILLS WITH VALUES BELOW ZERO
DEGREES. BE SURE AND BUNDLE UP IF YOU PLAN ON BEING OUTSIDE.
