THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHERN...
WESTERN...CENTRAL...AND SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA...AND WESTERN NORTH
TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT...

.THUNDERSTORMS...
THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL INCREASE OVERNIGHT AHEAD OF AND ALONG
A STRONG COLD FRONT. THE STRONGEST STORMS ARE EXPECTED OVER FAR
NORTHERN OKLAHOMA LATE TONIGHT AS A COLD FRONT MOVES INTO FAR
NORTHWEST PARTS OF THE SOONER STATE. THESE STORMS MAY BECOME
STRONG ENOUGH TO PRODUCE MARGINALLY SEVERE SIZE HAIL AND STRONG
WIND GUSTS.

OTHER SCATTERED STORMS FARTHER SOUTH WILL BE POSSIBLE AROUND
DAYBREAK BUT WILL BE BRIEF AND NOT POSE ANY SEVERE WEATHER THREAT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...

.HEAT
HOT AND HUMID CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS WESTERN NORTH TEXAS
AND FAR SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA AHEAD OF THE COLD FRONT. HEAT INDICES
ARE ONCE AGAIN FORECAST TO REACH THE 96 TO 103 RANGE AGAIN OVER
THESE AREAS. MUCH COOLER AIR WILL FILTER IN LATE IN THE DAY AND
DURING THE EVENING WEDNESDAY.

.THUNDERSTORMS...
THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT...MAINLY
OVER SOUTH-CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AS THE STRONG COLD FRONT
PUSHES THROUGH. THE PRIMARY HAZARDS WILL BE FREQUENT CLOUD-TO-GROUND
LIGHTNING AND STRONG WIND GUSTS.

THERE IS ALSO A CHANCE FOR ISOLATED STORMS THURSDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
NIGHT. THESE STORMS...IF THEY OCCUR...ARE EXPECTED TO BE WEAK AND
SHORT-LIVED. ANOTHER CHANCE FOR STORMS WILL ENTER THE FORECAST
NEXT MONDAY.
