WESTERN...CENTRAL...AND SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA...AND WESTERN NORTH
TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

.THUNDERSTORMS...
A WEAK FRONT WILL APPROACH AND MOVE INTO PARTS OF NORTHERN
OKLAHOMA TODAY AND TONIGHT. THIS FRONT ALONG WITH AN UPPER
DISTURBANCE WILL LEAD TO A CHANCE FOR ISOLATED TO SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS PARTS OF OKLAHOMA THROUGH TONIGHT.
CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING... HEAVY DOWNPOURS... AND GUSTY WINDS
WILL BE THE MAIN CONCERNS WITH THESE STORMS. ORGANIZED SEVERE WEATHER
IS NOT EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...

.HEAT...
HOTTER AND MORE HUMID CONDITIONS WILL BECOME MORE PREVALENT
THROUGH THE WEEKEND...WITH HEAT INDICES NEAR 100 DEGREES
ACROSS THE SOUTHERN HALF OF OKLAHOMA AND ADJACENT PARTS OF
NORTH TEXAS. IF YOU WILL BE OUTSIDE DURING THE HEAT OF THE
DAY THIS WEEKEND...BE SURE TO STAY HYDRATED AND TAKE BREAKS
IN THE SHADE.

THERE IS A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH NEXT WEDNESDAY
AS THE WEAK FRONT TRIES TO MOVE ACROSS NORTHERN
AND CENTRAL PORTIONS OF OKLAHOMA. IF STORMS OCCUR...MOST
OF THEM ARE EXPECTED TO BE SEEN OVER THE NORTHERN HALF OF
OKLAHOMA. LIGHTNING IS EXPECTED TO BE THE MAIN HAZARD.
