PANHANDLE AND THE NORTHERN AND WESTERN SECTIONS OF THE TEXAS
PANHANDLE THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING...

* AFFECTED AREA...THE OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE AND THE NORTHERN AND WESTERN
  SECTIONS OF THE TEXAS PANHANDLE.

* 20 FOOT WINDS...SOUTHWEST AT 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS NEAR 25 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...12 TO 20 PERCENT.

* TIMING...ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL BEGIN AROUND NOON
  AND ARE EXPECTED TO END AROUND 7 PM CDT.

OUTDOOR BURNING AND ACTIVITIES THAT CAUSE OPEN SPARKS OR FLAMES
ARE DISCOURAGED. FIRE AND EMERGENCY OFFICIALS SHOULD BE AWARE THAT
WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL BE FAVORABLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF
LARGE GRASS FIRES.
