CAROLINA...EAST TENNESSEE AND SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

PATCHY AREAS OF FOG OR FREEZING DENSE FOG MAY DEVELOP AGAIN
OVERNIGHT...ESPECIALLY NEAR AREA LAKES AND STREAMS. VISIBILITIES
MAY BE REDUCED TO ONE-QUARTER MILE OR LESS AND PRODUCE HEAVY FROST.

DRIVE WITH CAUTION AND SLOW DOWN. BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN DROPS IN
VISIBILITY DUE TO THE FOG. GIVE YOURSELF EXTRA SPACE BETWEEN YOU
AND THE VEHICLE AHEAD OF YOU.
