THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL
ALABAMA...SOUTHWEST ALABAMA...NORTHWEST FLORIDA AND SOUTHEAST
MISSISSIPPI.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

DEEP MOISTURE WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH TONIGHT
AHEAD OF DEVELOPING LOW PRESSURE. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL
INCREASE IN COVERAGE ACROSS COASTAL AREAS EARLY THIS MORNING...WITH
NUMEROUS TO WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS SPREADING INLAND
THROUGH THE DAY. RAIN TOTALS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES ARE STILL LIKELY ALONG
AND SOUTHEAST OF THE INTERSTATE 65 CORRIDOR. A LOCALIZED BAND OF
HIGHER TOTALS OF 5 TO 8 INCHES IS POSSIBLE WHERE STORMS REPEATEDLY
MOVE OVER THE SAME AREAS. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR
THIS PORTION OF THE FORECAST AREA THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON.

NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO IMPACT THE
REGION THIS EVENING...ESPECIALLY ALONG AND EAST OF THE INTERSTATE
65 CORRIDOR. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS COULD LEAD TO LOCALIZED FLOODING OR
FLASH FLOODING THROUGH EARLY MONDAY ACROSS THESE LOCATIONS. THE
FLASH FLOOD WATCH MAY NEED TO BE EXTENDED INTO TONIGHT.

SMALL CRAFT SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION AS A MODERATE TO OCCASIONALLY
STRONG EASTERLY FLOW CONTINUES OVER THE OFFSHORE WATERS...AND ACROSS
LOWER MOBILE BAY AND THE MISSISSIPPI SOUND THIS MORNING.

NUMEROUS TO WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO
MOVE ACROSS THE MARINE AREA THROUGH TONIGHT. WINDS AND WAVES MAY BE
LOCALLY HIGHER NEAR SOME OF THIS ACTIVITY.
