GUSTS OF 30 TO 35 MPH.

RECORD BREAKING COLD TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TONIGHT. A FREEZE
WARNING IS IN EFFECT LATE TONIGHT INTO EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING FOR
