PANHANDLE TONIGHT AS NORTHEAST WINDS INCREASE TO 15 TO 20 KNOTS
FOLLOWING THE PASSAGE OF A COLD FRONT.

SMALL CRAFT SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING AS
NORTHEAST WINDS OF 15 TO 20 KNOTS PERSIST IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONTAL
PASSAGE.

MODERATE TO STRONG NORTHEAST FLOW AND BUILDING SEAS MAY RETURN OVER
THE MARINE AREA WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY FOLLOWING THE PASSAGE OF THE
NEXT COLD FRONT.
