NUMEROUS RIVERS IN THE AREA ARE IN MINOR TO MODERATE FLOOD. SEE RIVER
FLOOD WARNING STATEMENTS FOR THE LATEST INFORMATION.

AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE CENTRAL GULF AN MOVE
NORTHEAST TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY. WHILE NO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE
EXPECTED...SOME LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL TOTALS ARE POSSIBLE. THE
GREATEST THREAT OF HEAVY RAIN IS ACROSS EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE
AREA.
