THROUGH THE EARLY MONING HOURS. HEAVY RAINFALL AND FREQUENT
LIGHTNING WILL REMAIN THE PRIMARY THREATS. SOME LOCALIZED FLOODING
IS POSSIBLE IN THE HEAVIER RAIN.

AREA THROUGH TONIGHT. THE STRONGER STORMS WILL RESULT IN LOCALLY HIGHER
WINDS...WAVES...AND SEAS. FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES AND VISIBILITY
REDUCING HEAVY RAINFALL CAN ALSO BE EXPECTED. WATERSPOUTS WILL AGAIN
BE A THREAT ESPECIALLY WITH EARLY MORNING SHOWERS.

STRONG EASTERLY WINDS AND BUILDING SEAS ARE FORECAST FRIDAY NIGHT
