ALABAMA...SOUTHWEST ALABAMA...NORTHWEST FLORIDA AND SOUTHEAST
MISSISSIPPI.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

A FEW PATCHES OF FREEZING DRIZZLE ARE POSSIBLE OVER CHOCTAW COUNTY
EARLY THIS MORNING...MAINLY NORTH OF BUTLER. PATCHES OF LIGHT RAIN
ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AGAIN LATE TONIGHT ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA.
TEMPERATURES WELL INLAND WILL DROP INTO THE MID 30S LATE
TONIGHT...BUT ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN WARM ENOUGH SUCH THAT NO
FREEZING OR FROZEN PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED. STAY TUNED FOR POSSIBLE
UPDATES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

RAIN IS FORECAST TO BECOME WIDESPREAD ON WEDNESDAY THEN TAPER OFF
WEDNESDAY NIGHT. RAINFALL TOTALS OF 1 INCH WITH SOME SPOTS POSSIBLY TO
3 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE. MINOR FLOODING IN URBAN AND LOW LYING AREAS
MAY OCCUR...BUT SIGNIFICANT FLOODING ISSUES ARE NOT EXPECTED AT THIS
TIME. PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS WILL MAKE HYDROPLANING MORE
LIKELY. USE CAUTION WHEN DRIVING.
