            A FULLY DEVELOPED WATERSPOUT WAS SEEN TWO MILES EAST OF
            PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE AT APPROXIMATELY 815 PM EDT. A
            SPRAY RING WAS EVIDENT AS THE SPOUT MOVED SLOWLY TOWARDS
            THE NORTH AT AROUND 10 MPH. THE SPOUT DISSIPATED AT
            APPROXIMATELY 830 PM EDT. MULTIPLE REPORTS FROM STORM
            SPOTTERS AND SOCIAL MEDIA.
