THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

.MARINE THUNDERSTORM GUST IMPACT...
A FEW SHOWERS DEVELOPING OVER THE ATLANTIC OVERNIGHT WILL HAVE
THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE GUSTY WINDS AROUND 35 KNOTS AS THEY MOVE
TOWARDS THE SOUTHWEST AROUND 10 TO 15 MPH.

.WIND AND SEA IMPACT...
A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR THE ENTIRE COASTAL
WATERS OF EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA. GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS WILL OCCUR
WITH BUILDING SEAS MAKING NAVIGATION POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOR
SMALL VESSELS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.
TROPICAL STORM CRISTOBAL IS FORECAST TO REMAIN WELL AWAY FROM THE
FLORIDA ATLANTIC COAST AS IT LIFTS NORTHWARD TO EAST OF THE
BAHAMAS...THEN NORTHEASTWARD OVER THE OPEN ATLANTIC. THE PRIMARY
IMPACT TO EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA WILL BE INCREASING LONG PERIOD
SWELLS WHICH WILL INCREASE THE RIP CURRENT HAZARD AT THE BEACHES
TUESDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

HIGH PRESSURE ALONG THE MID ATLANTIC COAST COMBINED WITH CRISTOBAL
WILL LEAD TO GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS EARLY THIS WEEK AND HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT.

BELOW NORMAL STORM COVERAGE IS EXPECTED TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY WITH A
RETURN OF SCATTERED AFTERNOON STORMS LATE THIS WEEK AND WEEKEND.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NEEDED TODAY.
