HARNEY REMAIN ELEVATED DUE TO PROLONGED NORTHERLY WINDS EARLIER
THIS WEEK THAT DISRUPTED NORMAL RIVER FLOW. WHILE RIVER LEVELS WILL
REMAIN BELOW FLOOD STAGE...LEVELS WILL REMAIN AT ACTION STAGE AT
ASTOR WITH A SLOW DECLINE FORECAST INTO LATE WEEK.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.
A LONG PERIOD NORTHEAST SWELL WILL KEEP A MODERATE TO HIGH RISK OF
