* FLOOD STAGE...8.0 FEET.
* FORECAST...FOR THE SHOAL RIVER NEAR CRESTVIEW...
  AFTERNOON RAINSHOWERS OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS ARE
  EXPECTED TO CAUSE THE RIVER TO RISE...CREST NEAR 6.8 FEET AT 01 PM WEDNESDAY.
