* FLOOD STAGE...8 FEET.
* FORECAST...FOR THE SHOAL RIVER NEAR CRESTVIEW...
  THE RIVER WILL REMAIN NEAR 5.7 FEET THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.
  IT WILL THEN BEGIN A SLOW FALL.
