.RECENT HEAVY RAINS HAVE CAUSED SIGNIFICANT RISES ALONG THE RIVER.

FOR THE YELLOW RIVER, THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS ARE INCLUDED:

FOR THE YELLOW RIVER NEAR MILLIGAN...
* NO FLOODING IS OCCURRING.
* NO FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* LATEST STAGE...6.0 FEET AT 2 AM TUESDAY AND WAS RISING.
* FLOOD STAGE...12 FEET.
* FORECAST...FOR THE YELLOW RIVER NEAR MILLIGAN...
  THE RIVER WILL CREST NEAR 8.2 FEET AT 7 PM TUESDAY.
  THE RIVER WILL FALL TO A STAGE OF 6.8 FEET BY 7 AM THURSDAY, THEN RISE AGAIN TO
  A STAGE OF 8.0 FEET BY 7 AM SATURDAY. ADDITIONAL RISES ARE POSSIBLE THEREAFTER.
