* FLOOD STAGE...11 FEET.
* FORECAST...FOR THE BLACKWATER RIVER NEAR BAKER...
  THE RIVER WILL RISE AGAIN TO CREST NEAR 7.0 FEET AT 7 AM SATURDAY.
