LOUISIANA...SOUTH MISSISSIPPI AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

A STATIONARY FRONT IN THE CENTRAL GULF OF MEXICO IS EXPECTED TO
MOVE NORTH AS A WARM FRONT FRIDAY. STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
WILL BE POSSIBLE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY...THE PRIMARY THREAT BEING
DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL AND WATERSPOUTS OVER THE MARINE
AREAS. THE MAIN AREA OF CONCERN FRIDAY WILL BE ACROSS SOUTHWEST
MISSISSIPPI AND SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA. THE MAIN AREA OF CONCERN
SATURDAY WILL BE OVER COASTAL MISSISSIPPI AND THE LOWER PORTIONS
OF ST. BERNARD AND PLAQUEMINES PARISHES IN SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE EACH DAY SUNDAY THROUGH
TUESDAY.
