LOUISIANA...SOUTH MISSISSIPPI AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

A HARD FREEZE WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR EXTREME SOUTHWEST
MISSISSIPPI...EAST CENTRAL LOUISIANA AND THE FLORIDA PARISHES.

A FREEZE WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA SOUTH AND
SOUTHWEST OF THE TIDAL LAKES.

STRONG NORTH WINDS AND ROUGH SEAS WILL RESULT IN HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT ACROSS THE TIDAL LAKES...BAYS...SOUNDS
AND COASTAL WATERS OUT TO 20 NAUTICAL MILES FROM SHORE...AND SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORIES REMAIN IN EFFECT.

A GALE WARNING IS IN EFFECT ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS 20 TO 60
NAUTICAL MILES FROM SHORE. FREQUENT GALE FORCE GUSTS UP TO 40
KNOTS ARE POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

BELOW FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED AGAIN ACROSS MUCH OF THE
AREA TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING. A MODERATE TO HARD
FREEZE WILL BE POSSIBLE FOR AREAS NORTH AND WEST OF THE TIDAL
LAKES TUESDAY NIGHT. FOR AREAS SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH OF THE TIDAL
LAKES...A LIGHT FREEZE WILL BE POSSIBLE TUESDAY NIGHT...MAINLY
OUTSIDE OF URBAN AREAS AND AWAY FROM THE COAST.

THERE IS A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS IN ADVANCE OF ANOTHER COLD
FRONT OVER THE WEEKEND.
