  FOR...
  LAFOURCHE PARISH IN SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA...
  ST. JAMES PARISH IN SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA...
  TERREBONNE PARISH IN SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA...
  SOUTHEASTERN IBERVILLE PARISH IN SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA...
  ASSUMPTION PARISH IN SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA...
  ASCENSION PARISH IN SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA...

* UNTIL 945 AM CDT

* AT 641 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO AN
  EXPANDING AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS MOVING INLAND FROM THE GULF OF
  MEXICO. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING.
  OVERFLOWING POOR DRAINAGE AREAS WILL RESULT IN MINOR FLOODING IN
  THE ADVISORY AREA.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  HOUMA...THIBODAUX...GONZALES...DONALDSONVILLE...NAPOLEONVILLE...
  GALLIANO...CUT OFF...LAROSE...ST. GABRIEL...LOCKPORT...GOLDEN
  MEADOW...WHITE CASTLE...SORRENTO...LABADIEVILLE...PIERRE PART...
  BELLE ROSE...GEISMER...DULAC...CONVENT AND MATHEWS.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF TWO TO THREE INCHES IS EXPECTED OVER THE
AREA...AND MOST OF THIS AREA REMAINS SATURATED FROM RECENT HEAVY
RAINFALL. THIS ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL MAKE MINOR FLOODING. IF THE
HEAVY RAINFALL LINGERS OVER THE AREA...A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MAY BE
NEEDED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
