VFR CONDITIONS LATE THIS EVENING AT THE TERMINALS WILL DETERIORATE
TO IFR CONDITIONS AT MOST LOCATIONS DURING THE LATE TONIGHT AND
EARLY MORNING HOURS SATURDAY AS A RESULT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOW
CEILINGS AND FOG. CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE TO MVFR TO VFR DURING
THE LATE MORNING AND AFTERNOON HOURS SATURDAY. RAIN CHANCES WILL
BE ON THE INCREASE DURING THE DAY...WITH THE BEST CHANCES AT KBTR
AND KMCB DURING THE AFTERNOON. 11
