FOG AND LOW CEILINGS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AND IMPACT MOST OF
THE TERMINALS OVERNIGHT AND DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS
TUESDAY. THE FOG AND LOW CEILINGS WILL BECOME MOST WIDESPREAD FROM
09Z THROUGH 15Z. VISIBILITIES SHOULD FALL TO BETWEEN 1 AND 3
MILES AT MOST TERMINALS. HOWEVER...A PERIOD OF LOWER VISIBILITIES
BELOW ONE HALF MILE CANNOT BE RULED OUT AT SOME OF THE SITES.
HAVE INCLUDED IFR CEILINGS AROUND 800 FEET AT MOST OF THE
TERMINALS FROM 09Z THROUGH 15Z. AFTER 15Z...VISIBILITIES SHOULD
IMPROVE BACK INTO VFR RANGE...AND CEILINGS AR EXPECTED TO LIFT
BACK TO AROUND 2500 TO 3000 FEET BEFORE SCATTERING OUT IN THE
AFTERNOON. 11
