GULF OF MEXICO...CENTRAL LOUISIANA...SOUTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA...
SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA...WEST CENTRAL LOUISIANA AND SOUTHEAST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

HIGH PRESSURE WILL PREVAIL ACROSS THE FORECAST AREA.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

HIGH PRESSURE WILL BREAKDOWN ON MONDAY...ALLOWING A COLD FRONT TO
TRAVEL FURTHER SOUTHWARD...ENTERING THE PINEY HILLS-LAKES REGION
AROUND NOON MONDAY...BEFORE EXITING INTO THE LOUISIANA-UPPER TEXAS
COASTAL WATERS DURING THE MID-EVENING HOURS ON MONDAY.
SCATTERED PRE-FRONTAL SHOWERS (A FEW THUNDERSTORMS) ARE POSSIBLE
ON MONDAY...ENDING WITH PASSAGE OF FRONT.

THE TRAVELING COLD FRONT WILL COME TO A HALT ACROSS THE
MIDSECTION OF THE GULF OF MEXICO BY WEDNESDAY. THE FRONT WILL
BEGIN A MOVEMENT NORTHWARD ON THURSDAY...REACHING THE FARSHORE
WATERS ON FRIDAY. ASSOCIATED SHOWERS (AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS)
ARE POSSIBLE THURSDAY AND FRIDAY...MAINLY OVER THE COASTAL MARSHES
AND I-10 PRAIRIES.
