LOUISIANA...SOUTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA...SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA...WEST
CENTRAL LOUISIANA AND SOUTHEAST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
THE CHANCE OF FREEZING RAIN OR DRIZZLE WILL BE ENDING THIS
MORNING. ANOTHER UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE IS EXPECTED TO BRING A
GOOD CHANCE OF RAIN LATE TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY...BUT WITH
TEMPERATURES ABOVE FREEZING...NO ICING OR WINTER PRECIPITATION IS
EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY
GOOD CHANCE OF RAIN EXPECTED WEDNESDAY...ENDING BY THE EVENING AS
THE SURFACE LOW AND UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVES EAST. ANOTHER
SURGE OF COLD AIR WILL BRING TEMPERATURES BACK DOWN FOR THURSDAY
THROUGH SATURDAY...BUT NO PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED. SIGNIFICANT
WARMING TEMPERATURES ALONG WITH AN INCREASED CHANCE OF RAIN IS
EXPECTED SUNDAY AND MONDAY.

GULF OF MEXICO.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
DIMINISHING WINDS EXPECTED TODAY AS THE COLD HIGH SETTLES OVER
SOUTHEAST TEXAS AND LOUISIANA. WINDS AND PRECIPITATION EXPECTED
TO INCREASE OVERNIGHT AS A SURFACE LOW DEVELOPS ACROSS THE
NORTHERN GULF AND MOVES EAST.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY
THE COMBINATION OF THE SURFACE LOW EXITING THE REGION AND ANOTHER
STRONG COLD HIGH BUILDING SOUTHWARD WILL KEEP WINDS ELEVATED
THURSDAY THROUGH THE WEEKEND. ONSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED BY SUNDAY
AND MONDAY...ALONG WITH INCREASED CHANCES OF RAIN.
