THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL
LOUISIANA...SOUTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA...SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA...WEST
CENTRAL LOUISIANA AND SOUTHEAST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
RAINFALL WILL BECOME WIDESPREAD BY THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE
THROUGH TONIGHT. RAIN WILL BE MODERATE TO HEAVY AT TIMES. AVERAGE
RAINFALL TOTALS BETWEEN ONE AND THREE INCHES ARE EXPECTED.

GIVEN THE RELATIVELY STEADY NATURE OF THE RAIN AND THE RECENT
SERIES OF DRY WEATHER DAYS...DO NOT EXPECT ANY SIGNIFICANT
FLOODING PROBLEMS TO DEVELOP. HOWEVER...LOCALIZED MINOR FLOODING
OF URBAN AREAS AS WELL AS LOW LYING OR POOR DRAINAGE AREAS WILL BE
POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY
RAIN WILL LIGHTEN AND TAPER OFF THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING WITH DRY
WEATHER EXPECTED THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE PERIOD.

GULF OF MEXICO.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP TODAY AS EAST TO
NORTHEAST WINDS INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 KNOTS WITH HIGHER GUSTS.
SEAS ARE EXPECTED TO BECOME ROUGH AS THEY BUILD TO 3 TO 7 FEET.

WIDESPREAD RAINFALL WILL DEVELOP AND CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY
FRIDAY. A FEW ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL ALSO BE
POSSIBLE...MAINLY BEYOND 20 NM OFFSHORE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY
SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE INTO FRIDAY AS
STRONG OFFSHORE WINDS AND ROUGH SEAS CONTINUE. WINDS AND SEAS WILL
DECREASE OVER THE WEEKEND AND INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK AS HIGH
PRESSURE BEGINS TO BUILD ACROSS THE GULF COAST.
