THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL
LOUISIANA...SOUTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA...SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA...WEST
CENTRAL LOUISIANA AND SOUTHEAST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL AGAIN BE POSSIBLE TODAY AS
THE WEAK FRONT OVER THE REGION COMBINES WITH DAYTIME HEATING AND
ABUNDANT LOW LEVEL MOISTURE. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED
ALONG AND SOUTH OF I-10...WITH THE BEST CHANCES ACROSS THE
ACADIANA REGION. OCCASIONAL TO FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING...BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL AND WIND GUSTS TO 35 MPH WILL BE
THE MAIN HAZARDS WITH STRONGER STORMS. WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER
IS NOT EXPECTED WITH SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS DECREASING AFTER
SUNSET.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY
A DISTURBANCE MOVING ACROSS THE AREA ON WEDNESDAY WILL BRING A
CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. STRONGER STORMS WILL BE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...BRIEF HEAVY
RAINFALL AND GUSTY WINDS. HOWEVER WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT
EXPECTED.

OTHERWISE...ISOLATED TO WIDELY SCATTERED DAYTIME SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE...WITH AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES
CLIMBING INTO THE MIDDLE 90S BY NEXT WEEKEND.

GULF OF MEXICO.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CAN BE EXPECTED. SOME OF THE
STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS TO 30
KNOTS...OCCASIONAL TO FREQUENT CLOUD TO WATER LIGHTNING...AND
HEAVY RAINFALL REDUCING VISIBILITIES BELOW 1 NM.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY
A GENERALLY LIGHT ONSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED. A FEW SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE MAINLY OVERNIGHT INTO THE EARLY
MORNING HOURS. WINDS AND SEAS WILL BE LOCALLY HIGHER NEAR THE
STORMS...ALONG WITH OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO WATER LIGHTNING.
