THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN KENTUCKY.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

RAIN SHOWERS WILL CHANGE TO SNOW SHOWERS TONIGHT. A DUSTING OF SNOW
MAY OCCUR BEFORE DAWN.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

SNOW SHOWERS WILL AFFECT MUCH OF THE AREA ON FRIDAY MORNING...BUT
WILL TAPER OFF DURING THE DAY. TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE A
HALF INCH OR LESS FOR MOST LOCATIONS...BUT HIGHER ELEVATIONS NEAR THE
VIRGINIA BORDER MAY SEE AROUND AND INCH.

SNOW MAY AFFECT THE REGION AT TIMES FROM SATURDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY.
LOCATIONS NORTH OF INTESTATE 64 STAND THE GREATEST CHANCE OF
SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL WITH THIS WEATHER SYSTEM. THE THREAT DROPS OFF
TO THE SOUTH...WITH THE LOWEST PROBABILITY OF SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL
BEING NEAR THE TENNESSEE BORDER. HOWEVER...THERE IS STILL A GOOD DEAL
OF UNCERTAINTY REGARDING THE TRACK AND INTENSITY OF THE STORM SYSTEM.

THERE IS ALSO A POSSIBILITY OF SNOW TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY.
