SNOW IS EXPECTED FROM AROUND DAYBREAK THROUGH MIDDAY. UP TO AN
INCH OF SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE ON HIGHER RIDGES IN SOUTHEAST
KENTUCKY.

A HARD FREEZE IS EXPECTED TONIGHT ALONG WITH WIDESPREAD FROST.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

FROST IS POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY THURSDAY
MORNING...AND AGAIN IN THE COLDEST VALLEYS THURSDAY NIGHT INTO
EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.

ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED ON THE RIDGE TOPS...MAINLY ON GRASSY
AND ELEVATED SURFACES. ELEVATIONS ABOVE 2000 FEET NEAR THE
VIRGINIA BORDER COULD SEE UP TO 3 INCHES OF SNOW.
